Improve the Getting Started Page

• Reduces a lot of unnecessary info on the page and clearly labels the sections in order.
• Adds info regarding snixembed into the linux notes and cleans up the details section a bit
• Removes banner from the top of the wiki now that the migration is finished and stable

@2shea I think we are stable now. I haven't seen anyone need to refer back to the old wiki info so I removed the announcement banner that had the link to the old wiki. Wanted to check with you before merging this.

The rest of this PR is just related to the getting started page and trimming down excess verbosity.

The getting started page changes look good. Happy to merge once the banner changes are removed from this PR.

Ok sounds good. Reverted the banner change back to have the old link as well. It is just one line of code so it is easy to do at a future point if needed.
