Safari Web App Support #2214

When saving a webpage as an app using Safari, Tampermonkey doesn't appear in the list of Safari extensions in the Preferences of the "app."

Safari extension support for web apps is a new feature in macOS Sequoia / Safari 18, and only some extensions are showing up on my machine.
