Enhancements to saveDocListToFile()

• [x] Filter out forms and other administrative records. Use something closer to the code in universalUpload() instead of allDocs() for saveDocListToFile

  @universalUpload: -> results = new Results results.fetch success: ->

  save the results.

• [x] Create a unique filename, using the the login name (Tangerine.user.name()?) and datetime
• [ ] Zip this up.

Attaching a sample of the file output with new filename. The output is much smaller than before - need to check if the CLI can process it.

I added .txt to the filename so Github would process it.
