When adding liquidity to the SMR/VOID pool today, it seems to have somehow created many different pools, when it should be concentrated into just one.

Describe the solution you'd like

My status says I've contributed to over a dozen different SMR/VOID pools. see screenshot for details. Thank you!

The same issue. It's even more inconvenient when the same positions are mixed with others: lp_group_issue

Combining identical pools into one is a great idea.
