[1.19.2] cold_ocean-02 is unreasonably loud #23

Installed version is 1.0.3. Compared to other songs in the mod and in Minecraft, cold_ocean-02 is just insanely and unreasonably loud in-game.

the composer is working on it and it'll be fixed in the next version of the mod
