Can TARS clean up uploaded packages regularly? #814

This function may have to be handled manually. The build and release records theoretically need to be kept for a long time for future reference. This issue has been considered.

这个功能可能得自己手动处理了，build和发布记录理论上是需要长久保存备查的。这个问题有考虑了。
