Work in progress. CHAMP urdf and meshes added into SubT

Some how we still have errors after migrating the champ package into SubT:

The dependencies already adjusted but somehow subt stack still cannot find the champ package even after getting the SubT stack to source for the champ package

I will help get the spot sim integrated into docker containers. I will take a look what we have with our current subt setup and what you guys have done in the DOCS.
