Add Warsh Qirat Data to QUL #131

This will be the first step towards supporting multiple Qirats on the QUL, with more Qirats to be added in the future.

[ ] Design schema to add multiple Qirats
[ ] Warsh Qirat data( both ayah and word text )
[ ] Add fonts
[ ] Add Warsh layout
[ ] Add at least one wash recitation and generate segments
[ ] Provide a guide for users and contributors explaining how to access and work with Qirat data.
