General UI changes #86

Describe the bug There are multiple UI issues on the MainMenu, OptionsMenu, JoinGame, HostGame, ChooseGame scenes.

The UIs are too large on the editor
The main menu background fade is irrelevant
Multiple uses of the redundant MySceneManager class.
Redundant use of the language locale picker on the main menu.
UI button sounds are too loud
