Garon Hutchins doesn't sell anything #339

Describe the bug After acquiring a certain Sealed Research Report, Garon Hutchins is supposed to sell special food and drink. He does have a chat option, but clicking it does nothing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Obtain Sealed Research Report https://classicdb.ch/?item=23012 during the invasion
  2. Click on Garon Hutchins https://classicdb.ch/?npc=16543
  3. See the chat option to shop
  4. Click it
  5. Nothing happens

Expected behavior Clicking the chat options should open the shop?

This is a blizzlike bug. It was the same on the official classic servers.

None of the comments before 1.13 say that it does not work. Classic is not Vanilla. If I wanted Classic, I would've payed for it. I am playing on private servers because they are not Classic. Classic has hundreds of changes from Vanilla.
