New Sign in Verification in 3.4 breaks Sony direct article access login notification #618

Prior to 3.4 if you access an article directly and you are not logged in you get "Access Denied" message that we customized for Sony. In 3.4 you if you are automatically redirected to the login page. This breaks the flow for Sony. This is also related to: https://github.com/TeamMentor/Master/issues/617 https://github.com/TMClients/Site_sony.teammentor.net/issues/13

This is not only a Sony issue. Anytime a user clicks on a free content (such as in vulnerabilities.teammentor.net) and is redirected to teammentor.net instead of giving a friendly "sign-up" page it just presents a login page.

Since this is not an issue for Fortify/Cx integration (ATM) and not an issue for Sony, moving this to 3.6
