[Bug] tetra hoe #91

Error Behaviour

if you modify the hoe in any way, it is unable to till the soil

Expected Behaviour

it should be able to till the soil

Reproduce

  1. modify a tool that has hoe attachment, either by adding it or modify a hoe
  2. try to till loam
  3. the loam does not till
