Explanation

Before we created a PR template command using custom command bot.

This feature allowed us get the developer's PR information and format it in a way easy to understand for other developers.

Now we want to migrate this feature to this new JS bot.

This issue can be closed when the following tasks are complete:

[ ] When calling /pr-template command it appears a modal asking for:
- Title
- Overview
- How to test
- GitHub PR URL
[ ] When modal is sent then the bot sends a message on the code-review channel with the text formatted
[ ] The channel where the message will be sent is easy to change (for example on .env)
