8 months ago It is, but he wants an option to disable overheating for certain locomotives even when the global config has it enabled

JSON tag for diesel locomotives to disallow overheating for specific locomotives (e.g. "allow_overheating": false)
Applications of the suggestion
Used on locomotives which wouldn't necessarily overheat in real life, without impacting all locomotives (or I guess this could be applied to "electric" locomotives)
