E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log and E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log #11

This occured after flashing a zip which returned error 0. I rebooted from recovery and proceeded to hold down volume to induce device to go into Recovery. Upon recovery loading the following errors were presented below the menu options in the recovery:

E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

Also get this when I reboot from recovery.
