ProperCase verbiage isn't consistent #7

The menu items aren't consistently styled.

Example:

Install Zip (is propercase) Nandroid Menu (is propercase) Reboot system now (is not propercase) Power down system (is not propercase) Copy recovery log to /sdcard (is not propercase)

My suggestion is to go with ProperCase across the board.
