Fix most of Miguel feedback on: https://github.com/Teamwork/github-sync/pull/33 including the bad Teamwork but with markdown.
If the Project doesn't have the tag defined for the tag workflow, nothing happen, so it should be an issue for existing users, but I'll work on making that feature optional, just will take a bit more time as by bash is rusty :)
