As we discussed in our last meeting, we don't need the load balance techniques currently in our project, we will discuss the mater after finishing the Sprint1 submission.

I started searching the topic of load balancing on Azure, and I find this basic tutorial of creating a load balancer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/load-balancer/quickstart-create-basic-load-balancer-portal

I'll ask David if it's relevant and what we need to make sure I am in the right way.
