threshold for setting means in mean.txt and significant_means.txt #368

Hi, Thanks for the cool software! I would like to ask how to choose the threshold in means.txt for Dot_plot? And if we set the threshold in the means.txt, then what is the significant_means.txt used for? why don't we just use the L-R pairs in the significant_means.txt?
