new problem with connecting to MTProto server - مشکل وصل شدن پروکسی جدید #404

سلام دوستان من به تازگی یک سرور از دیجیتال اوشن خرید کردم و روش یک آی پی معلق یا همون فلوت ست کردم بعد از اون پروکسی رو ساختم

مشکلی که بهش برخوردم اینه

پروکسی فقط وقتی وی پی ان وصل میشه کانکت میشه مثل مواقعی که آی پی فیلتره اما بدون وی پی ان از هردو آی پی پینگ دارم کسی میدونه مشکه چیه؟

hi guys recently i bought a droplet from the digital ocean . and after that i assigned a floating IP to it after that i ran MTProto on it and the proxy is made

my problem is this:

my proxy only connects when a VPN is connected , like times when your IP is filtered but i have ping to both IPv4 and Floating IP without connecting a VPN any body knows whats wrong?

i red that but i didnt understand well should i run geneva on my server to defeat the white lister? do you have any experiment on that?

According to what I have read, the first packets from client to server are important. So if that is true, probably nothing from server could be done. (And that is worthless) I have tried Geneva myself, but I still couldn't connect to anything. (tested it on client and server side). Maybe I am a noob, so it's better to ask someone else what to do.
