Cannot create new key #133

I am trying to test some permission modifications before i attempt them on a high profile account so used my phatsquirrel account to test creating a customkey and get an error whenever i click Add Key or Update Permission. Use Update Permission when done. Will update to not show the Add Key

Update Permission gives this error though. I downloaded and reinstalled latest version right before doing this test https://drive.google.com/file/d/13d6bF_vN-P7T3zElqbDVDxH7k4-gGUgs/view
