Just like appbar.layer but with a single layer (centered)

Sorry, I really need to shut down the comments for this icon pack. It's deprecated as the Windows 10 version is being worked on.

Ok. Is it worked on in the open? I mean is it possible to make the suggestion some place else? :)

This will be a lot more community driven like MaterialDesignIcons.com that I run. More contributor hands on also. There is a lot of coding still and icon work to get the base 600 icons ready first.

Still planning to have it online in some fashion before Microsoft Build.
