Renamed ambiguous SegmentEntityCmpt. to PathFollowerCmpt. Also renamed ambiguous variable names. (t -> segmentPosition)

This change will require that the CartJointSystem code also be changed once develop is rebased onto master after the merge. I can help with that after the rebase.
