To Re-implement

implement collisions again
Implement cart joints
implement a way to specify seats in the prefab

Stretch Features and fixes

use Two axises instead of one for cart rotation
carts speed up and slow down slightly due to how Bezier Curves works
multi-block functionality for curves
curve tilt rotation (not sure what is the usage for this would be? Rollercoasters?)
