Zero thirst not dealing damage in JS game mode #11

What you were trying to do

Playing a JS game mode and thirst went down to zero

What actually happened

Had no kind of damage dealt to the player

How to reproduce

Create a new JS world
Wait for thirst to drop to zero

the thirst damage timeout was large and hence I couldn't notice the decrease in health, after thorough testing it seems that it is working fine
