doc: migrate wiki to docsify site #20

Based on the docsify setup from https://github.com/Terasology/Health/pull/74 this PR migrates the whole wiki content to a https://docsify.js.org/#/ page.

I see an advantage here as the documentation and the code are in the same repository and branch and can be edited simultaneously.

Some of the information and a lot of the code is outdated, but with this in Git we'll be able to update those in separate PRs.

Yes, that's the idea. This is just copying the info over, next iteration is to update it 🙃
