Unsure how to add encounter timer to DPS meter title bar #312

Hello, ive been trying to add encounter timer to the title bar for the LONGEST time now (see pic below). Please guide me how to do this. I remember I had it many years ago setup. Perhaps as feedback, if you could make it simpler or more visible in the options.

im also having the same issue. enabling ''encounter timer'' is doing nothing
