Minor Issue, Broadcaster Tools -> Action Tracker: Randomly Resets to Default Position/Size

VCT 13072 RELEASE 11.0.2, including any versions available since the release of The War Within expansion.

• Steps to Reproduce: Login with a character that previously had the Action Tracker enabled, resized, and moved away from the center of the screen..

• Result: Every couple of days, the Action Tracker's settings will be reset to defaults, with the DPS text and background centered on the screen. It doesn't seem to matter which character I log into. It seems to not care and be completely random.

• Expected: The Action Tracker should stay where it was the last time I logged off.

• When the bug started? I haven't played in years, only returning just a week before the release of TWW. It has been happening ever since I installed the addon at that time. It was a minor nuisance at first, but it is getting increasingly frustrating having to reconfigure it every couple of days. I don't think it coincides with updates, as it's happened when going straight from one character to another without closing the game.

I use Bugsack and Buggrabber. There are no errors related to Details with my standard addon setup, and no errors at all when loading in with Details/Bugsack/Buggrabber as the only 3 loaded addons.

Screenshots Not much to show, other than this is the default that it gives me. You can see that the Details panel doesn't even consider the Action Tracker to be enabled, but it is drawn on the screen anyway.
