Add compatibility with SpigotForge 1.12.2. #95

Please add compatibility of the mod with the spigot Forge core to Minecraft version 1.12.2. It doesn't work with this core at the moment. Link to the core for convenience. https://magmafoundation.org/#about

The Tiquality mod works with this core. When starting with the LagGoggles mod, the server does not start.

I have seen your mention in the discord, but I am not familiar with Magma, I am currently working on a unified approach for both Tiquality and LagGoggles to prevent future version-breaking updates. I have found that there are too many breaking changes as of late with my current implementation. I will see what I can do, if Magma doesn't require me to make dramatic changes I will probably end up supporting it initially.
