[Docker] Docs: Pre-build docker images #892

I think deployments documentation could mention that pre-built docker images from https://hub.docker.com/u/terrastories

This should make deployment pain free for new users.

Thanks @arky; I think the setup for these docker images are still WIP but we'll definitely update documentation when we have that all sorted out.
