PR and then convert with rest of AREMI catalog
Issue https://github.com/TerriaJS/aremi-natmap/issues/440
I removed custom CatalogItems and converted daily and hourly traffic to CSVCatalogItem
.
Here is the final v8 JSON: https://gist.github.com/nf-s/1c0db642314fc2ce76753d5bb9ad083c

doesn't exist in v8 - so LGA_name doesn't work@nf-s just realised that GA has decommissioned on 5th of Jan a couple of layers which might be the "Distance to transmission lines" in the Electricity list:
[x] Proximity_To_Transmission_Infrastructure_Lines_WM (http://services.ga.gov.au/gis/rest/services/Proximity_To_Transmission_Infrastructure_Lines_WM/MapServer) There is no replacement for this service.
[x] Proximity_To_Transmission_Infrastructure_Substations_WM (http://services.ga.gov.au/gis/rest/services/Proximity_To_Transmission_Infrastructure_Substations_WM/MapServer). There is no replacement for this service.

Catalogue check issues:
Message for users on Energy landing page in NationalMap v8 Beta:
The Electricity Infrastructure and Renewable Energy data groups seen in this Energy section of the catalogue have been migrated from the former Australian Renewable Energy Mapping Infrastructure (AREMI) site to its new home here on National Map Beta platform. Should you encounter discrepancies with the former AREMI functionality or content, please send us feedback at info@terria.io. The migration will be finalised once all the issues have been addressed.
Hi @ana, I have gone through the checklists - they seem accurate - I have added underlines to things relevant v8 AREMI (in Electricity Infrastructure, Renewable Energy or Electric Vehicle groups)
Outside of CSW, I don think there are any large ticket items.
I haven't broken down missing catalog item properties (https://github.com/terriajs/aremi-natmap/issues/437#issuecomment-763291120) by catalog item - as I think we should just tackle all underlined properties - it shouldn't be too much work
If you want to see missing properties by catalog item...
If you think it is worthwhile, I am happy to aggregate this list to show all catalog items per missing property.
@nf-s I'd say the Unknown types
errors are basically showing the things we need before it's good enough to release:
Unknown types: {
"csw": 1,
"wps-getCapabilities": 1,
"nsw-traffic-hourly-volume": 1,
"nsw-traffic-volume": 1
}
There are a couple of other things in there we might want to look into, like:
initialMessage
usually used to show disclaimers when enabling certain datasets - these are key for some of our stakeholdersitemProperties
could have important modification to subitemstableStyle
changes things like choropleth, but I've not seen it on Esri data beforeThe other warnings are less important, but some are still needed in the long term.
superseded by the NationalMap v8 beta release
Ahead of AREMI decommissioning, some datasets will be transferred to NationalMap so the AREMI users don't lose access. These are the datasets that need transfer and incorporation into NatMap catalogue; some of the datasets will need v8 support developed.
Data transfer mapping is HERE
