[Request] FTPS support #1

Hello,

Is it possible to add ftps (ftp_ssl_connect()) support for uploading? most of hosting now activating tls for their ftp server.

No, it's not implemented. FTPS support would be great (now everyone it's switching to TLS), but I've been a little busy to work on it. P.D: The code for https proxy on geturl may help.

@parveenbhadoo Yea, but right now im @ Festival. I will be back on monday and make pull req, i thinked that i made pull req a while ago, but now i see that i forgot to make pull request.
