to v2.0 done. we're at 3.0 right now

To 4.0 ... and use nextcord... maybe we're using py-cord now (almost twice as many stars as nextcord)

Also, delete /igotpinged and add new commands (still gotta think)

Keep /igotpinged but add deprecation notice
