Experiment with Hit-All #30

Updated the Experiment to allow for expansion on record materias and uses the new config format to enable multi hit.

Took forever to figure github out since my feature/config branch was something like 35 updates behind, but here's a reworked version of hit-all. I haven't tested it yet but will do so now. I dont like how the recordmateria.json is set up - so we should probably figure out how we want to handle materia that add attacks to the buddy file. For now - this is what I came up with :) let me know what you think.

Tested and confirmed working after the 60 to 100 fix in the recordmateria.json file
