Most likely, Magebane Staff was renamed to Elemental Mage Staff , same spell frost/fire, very low entry (944)

You should set dmg_type1 to 5 for Magebane Staff since it says that it deals Shadow Damage. The "Effect:" are spell names, search for Fire/Frost Damage Bonus" as spell names.
