Changes proposed:

Some Quests has a Abandon Spell if player Abandon the Quest - to remove Aura or other things.
Like Spell: 74113 Volcanoth!: Quest Abandoned Bind or
102391 Darkmoon Quest Abandon
more spells are Serverside Spells

Issues addressed: Fixes #

Tests performed: (Does it build, tested in-game, etc) build work ingame

Known issues and TODO list:

I'm against adding a new table for this single purpose. I believe this should belong into quest_template_addon instead.
