I'm currently on a 3-day streak, but I open each tab at 1 PM in the afternoon with the dread I'll get redirected to leetcode, and this could be an actual plot to a horror movie
My suggestion is, instead of a 24-hour reset, why don't we reset the timer at the start of a new day?
My reasoning is that I usually open tabs when I want to work(obviously), but that means the extension resets during the hours I want to be productive or extremely late for my assignment submission. If it resets at the start of a new day, I could get this out of the way the moment I open my laptop instead of worrying when I'll be redirected because I woke up by 3 PM the day before
