[GSSOC '23]: Gender Recognition Using Voice #609

As a GSSOC '23 contributor I would like to add this project. In this project developer will be analyzed the gender using the voice by defining t various parameters of the voice frequency, such as intensity, depth etc. According to the parametric measurement the real time graph will be plotted and using some standard dataset gender will detected.
