Add option to cache and use complete servant data instead of basic

For optimization purposes, only the basic servant data is downloaded at first by default, and full servant data is only downloaded per servant when they are added to the roster. There should be an option for those users who'd rather just wait the few minutes to get all data at once. Part of #87
