[Issue]: Server Crash while exploring (ConcurrentModificationException) #118

What happened?

Server crashes while a player (me) explores. Happened quite a few times and it's instant crash going to (or back) these specific locations.

Only happened while in the overworld.

Pack Version

Version: 1.30.0

To Reproduce

  1. Load into server-hosted world
  2. Fly around and hope for the crash to happen.

Are you using OptiFine or Oculus?

Are you on a Server?

Anything else to add?

We tried removing optimization mods like smoothchunks, chunksend, canary etc, but while it did slow down the issue (allowed me to TP out of there), it did not fix the root problem.
