[Issue]: Duplication of items with Hexerei drying rack

What happened?

A bug happened! I was exploring a structure, and I accidentally placed my pickaxe in a witch hazel drying rack from Hexerei. When I broke it to get the pickaxe, it duplicated it and dropped two of them. I did some more testing, and it has duped everything I put in it, including loot bundles and fragments. Have not found anything it wont dupe.

To Reproduce

1. Place the drying rack
2. Put any item in
3. Break the rack with the item in, and it will drop double (can use ultimine to do multiple at a time)

Hello, this problem is still relevant in 1.24.0. Tried on private server and solo.
