Describe the issue

Tlaloc Certus Quartz Ore has the deepspace gamestage but is available in chapter 5 (planets) due to being available from the Void Ore Miner T2
The NASA Workbench Schematic for the Tier 4 Rocket, the Geiger Counter, as well as pretty much all Mercury blocks have the advent gamestage but can all be obtained from Mercury (planets)

The Mercury thing also applies to phobos and deimos blocks

Cobalt dust is obtainable in chapter 3 (cavern)
