Remove expenseType/user edit pages #51

The expenseType/user edit pages are ugly and difficult to manage. They should 
be replaced with dialoges triggered by buttons on the ribbon, or preference 
menu.

The edit notebook page can be entirely removed. It will be replaced with the 
graphics/analysis tab eventually so the entire notebook should not be removed - 
just the tab.

the user and expensetype notebook page has been removed in favor of dialogs 
containing a simple grid and all necessary controls.
