services just disappearing in the void after some time #344

Open bryanpedini opened 2 years ago

bryanpedini commented 2 years ago

Steps to reproduce

  1. download latest Hamsket (AppImage v0.6.3)
  2. create some services
  3. wait some time / reload Hamsket (ctrl+r) / idk

Expected behavior

every service added to Hamsket stays configured and accessible

Actual behavior

idk how it happened or after how much time, but at some point some services disappeared from the "Enabled Services" view, and after (accidentally) reloading Hamsket (via ctrl+r), tho I think it would have happened even shutting down Hamsket and restarting it, some services just disappeared in the void, never to be seen again Screenshot_20220821_195637 screenshot taken when the services were still accessible but didn't show up in "Enabled Services" panel, after reloading they disappeared from the selection bar too

ENVIRONMENT

Hamsket: v0.6.3 OS: Arch Linux (using AppImage) Arch: x64 BuildVersion: 32d4407 (grafted, HEAD, tag: 0.6.3, origin/32d44074b64d96804155700f3888c31303cb5a08) Thu, 3 Mar 2022 03:25:26 -0800 Does this happen upstream: unknown

I have the same behavior here (on Windows). I copy the data directory to the computer, the services are displayed correctly there. When I create a new one, one of the services is gone. This continues until the old services are gone. But even after that, the services are sporadically forgotten.

If you look at the services, the item count shows the correct number, but the service that is still active is not displayed and is gone after a restart.
