MAP: Light/Dark: improve styling of appearance in the different modes #368

Problem

in Dark mode, the TabMenu is displayed with Black on Black text
in Light mode, the Overlay (white) lines are not visible making all the text appear jumbled
in both modes, the Disclaimer/alpha text uses the same styling as a link text
- the #f6b26b color looks good in Dark mode, but not in the Light mode so probably need a different solution
when Overlay is open, and toggle from Light to Dark, something breaks
