IC4 can not find usable device #13

The camera i used is DFM 37UX178-ML, and i installed IC Imaging Control 4 SDK, GentTL Producers and IC Capture, when i used IC Capture , it can find the correct device and adjust the corresponding camera parameters, but i attempt to run python srcipts based on imagingcontrol4, it can't find the device and the device_list is none, is there something i ignored or some drivers i didn't installed.

Does ic4-demoapp see anything?

The GenTL producer you need to install for your camera to work with ic4 is this: https://www.theimagingsource.com/de-de/support/download/ic4gentlprodu3vwintis-1.1.0.373/

Can you try rebooting after installation?
