Because

In #554 we added a .prettierrc but no option to run prettier via a npm script

Adds a npm script (format) to run prettier

Also, this probably should be documented somewhere (https://github.com/TheOdinProject/odin-bot-v2/wiki/Contributing-Guide maybe?), together with needing to run jest before pushing

(and while you're there, could you also correct the bottom sentence which is still pointing to the old discord channel)
