GTm texture overhaul

GTM textures are getting overhauled, so the custom circuits and etc will need to be updated to match

• [x] A new main menu logo (just replace the coil with the regular logo (without the text))
• [x] Make UEV and UIV casing colors consistent with omnium and infinity colors

• [ ] Universe-Doped Silicon Boule, Wafer

• [ ] Hyperdynamic Ram Wafer/Chip
• [ ] Quantum SoC Wafer/Chip
• [ ] Universal Circuits

Things needing textures

• [ ] A texture for #591, whatever it may be (meowni plush? idk)
• [ ] Finish textures for sculk charger and pylon
• [ ] Warden Prediction (HNN)

Items that need jappification

• [x] Diamond lattice
• [x] Guardian Scale
• [ ] Thermal Dusts to match new dust textures

Replacing the coil with the circuit logo makes it look jank because of the Japanese text, @Jamiscus do you have the original circuit texture without the writing?

Gonna do circuits, casings, and possibly redo the tweaks to UEV/UIV casings. Might also try to give thermal dusts a shot, but I can't guarantee this one.

Omnium, infinity and Monium sets already retextured, in a draft PR that I will undraft once I am done with the rest of the textures.
