For each event, we would need a photo to illustrate the event, hence the possibility of adding a photo.

I suppose is just adding the link URL? Like just adding a new property named "image_url"?

it's really a picture, for illustration, because maybe the owner of the event doesn't have a link to add, hence the need to illustrate it with a picture to attract users.

So create a new table picture for the event.

Do you have a solution/gem for storing images in tables? I am curious how it can be done, so lets try out
