Implement Notifications for Klipper Pausing due to Filament Sensor #49

When using the BTT Smart Filament Sensor, if I get a clog, Klipper properly pauses my print, however Obico does not give a mobile notification when a pause occurs due to this event.

It would be helpful if Obico could give a notification since I'm experimenting with different hotend setups.

Thank you for opening this issue!

I don't have a filament sensor on my ender 3 which is the my Klipper printer. Will love to get help from the people with the right setup.

I have several sensors to test with. I am currently looking into implementing this.
